We are currently seeking experienced Tour Leaders & Planners to join our team at Untold Japan. Working out of our Tokyo office, you will be creating, adjusting and ultimately leading tours throughout the whole country.

◆Requirements:
・At least 2 years of experience in the tourism sector, ideally as a tour leader.
・Native English and Business Level Japanese.
・Extensive knowledge of culture & history of Japan, as well as travel experience within the country.
・Interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
・Active and able to spend a day on the move.
・Organizational skills and a good eye for detail.
・Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
・Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
・Passion for Japan and its culture, proactive in learning more about both.

◆Responsibilities:
・Tour preparation and execution.
・Maintaining and expanding hotel, restaurant and attraction databases.
・Providing excellent customer service to our guests.
・Develop an in-depth knowledge of Japan's culture, history, and attractions.
・Lead tours and ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests.
・Contribute to the continual improvement of our tours and services.

◆Additional responsibilities:
・Social media content creation.
・Social media account management.
・Photography & videography.

◆Benefits:
・Monthly salary ranging from ¥250,000 to ¥400,000 based on experience
