Leads the Admissions function and provides direction to Admissions Team in the various campuses in Japan Region. ▪
Designs and delivers annual Admissions priorities and organizational strategies in line with the organization’s business plans ▪
Oversees the development and implementation of Admissions policies and practices ▪
Provides guidance to the Admissions function for all aspects of the Admissions process, from prospecting to nurturing, and closing to on boarding.
Collaborates with the Finance function in developing relevant measurable performance metrics for the Admissions function and proactively tracks performance against the metrics to ensure fiscal control, profitability and financial feasibility of the function ▪
Oversees the annual budget for the function and ensures adherence to the budget.
▪ Designs and maintains the Global Standard Operating Procedures and policies, and cascades this to the respective Admissions Team ▪
Develop and implement overall marketing and sales strategy for the Admissions function, and oversees the execution at the local levels ▪
Oversees lead generation channels, both online and offline, and reviews the efficiency of these channels
Works closely with the respective Country Head on the annual target setting process for the various geographies ▪
Ensures there is a standard target setting practice ▪ Monitors the admissions targets for the various geographies ▪
Oversees the formulation of the monthly admission targets by the respective Admissions Head ▪
Reviews the projected quarterly admissions by the respective Admissions Head and ensures the accuracy of the targets set ▪
Ensures that the admissions policies and processes are adhered to, including the conducting of admissions tests. ▪
Ensures that the Admissions Team maintain and update the student database and provide relevant reports as required
Works closely with other departments, such as Marketing, to develop strategies, nurture channels and generate leads ▪
Facilitates the relationship between the Admissions team and Academic team, for the Admissions team to understand the respective campus’s unique selling points and convey this effectively to prospective parents and students ▪
Provides support to the Admissions team in addressing complex customer enquiries ▪
Builds strong networks and maintains good working relationships with internal and external partners to keep abreast of the current business climate and macroeconomic trends

Leads the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees in the Admissions function ▪

Post Graduation with 5 years of Relevant Experience.
