Shin-ei Real Estate Business Co., Ltd. is urgently looking for new members for our facility staff team.
Facility staff position:
We're looking for a well-experienced facility manager to work in any of our managing properties in and around Tokyo area. Candidates for this position are required to have capability maintaining and repairing property assets.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluency in reading and writing in both Japanese and English;
- Intermediate or over proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel;
- Valid visa.
Working hours: 8:30~17:30
Holidays: 2 days/week (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays
Location: in and around Tokyo
Assistant: JPY260,000～JPY 300,000 (depending on applicants' experience and skill)
Transportation expenses will be refunded in full.
We offer housing for low cost.
Visa extension sponsorship available for up to 5 years.
For the face-to-face interview, a resume (education background, business experiences, visa status, etc.) in Japanese or English is required.
