◎Requirements:

Applicants must be residing in Japan.

Applicants must have a valid visa:
・Permanent resident
・Long-term resident
・Spouse of a Japanese national or spouse of a permanent resident
・Specified activities (No. 46) (For those who have graduated from a Japanese 4-year university or completed a graduate program and hold N1 certification)
・Student (mainly for new graduates; can be changed to specified activities (No. 46))
・Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/Int`l Services ※It takes 2 months to apply after receiving the job offer.
・Applicants must be able to provide a Japanese national or permanent resident as a guarantor upon joining the company.

Bilingual Ability:
・Applicants must have Japanese language skills of N3 level or higher, or equivalent proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation.
・Applicants must be able to understand the exam for a Class 2 driver's license.

Driver's License:
・Applicants must have a total of three or more years of driving experience with a driver's license, both domestically and internationally, and be familiar with driving in Japan.


◎ Please note:

・All daily conversations, notifications, and documents within the company are in Japanese.
・There may be a Japanese language test and a driving skill test during the hiring process.

You will receive about 2-months of paid training on Local Geography and Work Systems, to receive a Special Driver’s License (with a test in Japanese), along with on-the-road training with instructors.


◎ Work Hours

Because shifts are very long (19-hours), safety regulations require you work only HALF-a-WEEK. For one day of work, there will be 1 or 2 days of time-off to follow.

3 or 4 day weekends are common, and your choice.
180-minute breaks are also required during shifts.
Driver’s also have free additional breaks, and basically control their work hours / income!


◎ Salary

¥10,000 is paid Daily during the 2-month training period. (¥300,000 total in a month)
After deployment, earn commission (the big bucks!) on top of the base salary of ¥250,000 a month.

◎ Holidays
233 Days OFF a year! (That’s more days off than days working!)

11-13 shifts per month.
At least 2 consecutive days off per week.
Take 4 consecutive days off up to twice a month!
Enjoy 30-days of consecutive days off for travel, hobbies, or family, no problem!


Those without JLPT or BJT certification will be required to take a Japanese language exam in the interview. In addition to the interview, a simple driving test is also required later on.
