～WING Inc. is a company that dispatches English instructors to mainly prestigious high schools in the metropolitan area in Japan.～

WING is now seeking for experienced English instructors to work at a Private Junior and Senior High school in Kanto Region, starting from April 2023.

Requirements/Qualifications:
-Native English speaker
-More than 10 years of education in an English environment (for all subjects)
-Minimum BA/BS required
-Able to commit to the contract period with minimal consecutive absences
-Strong desire to teach young learners
-Must hold a valid working VISA (sponsorship available for Instructors who already lives in Japan)
-Have a minimum of 1 year experience teaching Junior/ Senior High school students is a plus
-Hold a teaching certificate from an accredited institution in Japan, such as CELTA, DELTA, MA TESOL, etc. (Preferred)

In addition to the requirements listed above, successful applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills, be in good health, and be an excellent team player. Japanese is not required but is highly desired by many schools, so knowledge of the language or a willingness to learn is encouraged.

School location: Kanto Region (Central Tokyo, Chiba and Ibaraki Prefecture)

Working days and hours:
-Five days a week between Monday to Saturday for full-time
-Typically Monday to Friday but depending on school's schedule each month
-National holidays, Sundays are paid off
-Typical time schedule would be from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Lessons and Other duties:
-3 to 5 lessons on average per day would be typical but could change case by case
-Duties other than teaching: lesson planning, preparing materials, handouts/tests, taking care of extra activities, grading and all other English related work.
-Must be able to work with Japanese teachers effectively
-May need to occasionally work outside of regular hours for school events

Salary and Benefits:
260,000 yen a month (Including perfect attendance bonus)
-You will receive 60% of your base salary in August, 80% in December
*Due to seasonal holidays perfect attendance bonus is not applicable on these months
-Transportation reimbursement
-Social insurance benefit (Health insurance, pension etc.)
-Annual health check
-Paid vacation days after the six-month probationary period
-VISA sponsorship available for qualified candidates already living in Japan

Contract period: 1 year contract from April 2023
*We also have short term contracts from April 2023
