Job description:
Resort Hotel restaurant service staff, Kitchen Staff
- For Service staff, job duties include general guest service at the restaurant (seat guests, take orders, serve food, clear tables, etc.)
- Preparations before opening, clean up after closing, etc.
- Other related duties (inventory, preparing the work shift, etc.)
*You can put your sommelier / bartender / sake sommelier certifications to good use.
*Supervise international part-time staff during the winter.
-For Kitchen staff, job duties include Cooking at hotel restaurants (authentic Japanese restaurant and casual Japanese restaurant), cleaning, washing and maintaining hygiene of the kitchen.

Preferences:
・For Service staff, Wine Sommelier, Sake Sommelier or Japanese Tea Sommelier experience is valued, for Kitchen staff, non-experienced people is considerable.
・Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
