NOVA Holdings Co. Ltd. is looking for English Instructors to teach English at a private elementary school in Toshima Ward, Tokyo on a contract from September 2022 until March 2023. We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player who has a passion for teaching English and is professional in all aspects of behavior, as well as flexible, cheerful, and energetic.

Training and support!
We provide training throughout the year. We believe in teamwork and supporting our instructors so they can have a great experience teaching at their schools.

≪Duties≫
・Be able to team teach and solo teach English lessons to young elementary classes of around 15 students.
・Assist specialized Japanese Teachers of English with constructing lesson plans and building curriculum.
・Engage students in English conversation and create an environment that will encourage students to learn and use English.

≪Requirements≫
・Native speaker
・Bachelor's degree
・Teaching experience (ALT or similar experience preferred)
・Basic Japanese speaking ability (Conversational level preferred)
・Valid residence/visa status (Tourist and Student Visa not accepted)
・Professional attitude, team-player, flexible, cheerful, and energetic
・Punctual and time diligent
・Ability to communicate with Japanese teachers, students, and company representatives in a
professional manner
･Currently living in Tokyo or adjacent to Toshima-Ku
**Although not a requirement, candidates with a TESOL/TEFL qualification are preferred.

≪Remuneration≫
・7,500 yen per working day (90 min)
・Transportation expenses paid in full.
・Shift is one lesson from 2:30 to 3:30, with a 30-minute period for preparation. (Total 90 min)

≪Contract type:≫
・Part-time (1 day a week)
・Working days will be on Fridays
・Days off correspond to the school calendar
・Contract term is until March 2023
