Description

** Please keep your cover letter brief and begin with the word 'PEACH.' **

Do you want to live and work in Japan? Are you looking to make a difference? Do you want some work/life balance? Working as an ALT ticks all these boxes, and many more! As the longest standing ALT provider to public schools across Japan, we have the network and experience to ensure your success.

At RCS, we are looking to recruit native English speakers from outside of Japan to work as Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) in our schools. We recruit, train and dispatch ALTs to elementary and junior high schools, as well as some kindergartens across various locations within the Saitama prefecture. Full-time and part-time positions are both available, with positions starting in April and May 2022.

------------------------------

What's an ALT?

ALTs by their very name are assistants to the Japanese English teachers in public schools. Quite often being the only foreigner in the school, ALTs are usually idolized by their students. As a role model, ALTs are in a position to make a profound positive impact on their students' lives. On a personal level, working in a Japanese environment is a great way to immerse yourself in Japanese culture, improve your Japanese, and build lifelong friendships.

------------------------------

The best things about being an ALT at RCS:

• Daytime working hours, Monday - Friday
• Weekends and public holidays off
• Ample vacation time coinciding with school term breaks
• Initial job training to ensure your success
• A responsive and dedicated HR team (we care about you!)
• Visa sponsorship
• Assistance with all aspects of relocating to Japan
• Access to discounted online Japanese lessons
• Company cars available for hire should your school's location require.

------------------------------

About RCS:

Real Communication Solutions was the first company to provide ALTs to public schools in Japan. We pioneered ALT dispatching in Japan, and in fact shared our methods to help grow the industry. We strive to build strong, personal relationships with our ALTs. We care for our ALTs as individuals, and you’ll feel appreciated as a valued member of our team at RCS. What's more, our technical innovations and company operations are industry leading. We're not a traditional, bureaucratic Japanese company. We're always innovating, keeping pace with the latest trends, and striving to be the best in the ALT business. If you want to be part of a successful ALT company who appreciate and respect their staff, then we want to hear from you!
