Iware Co., Ltd (株式会社 アイウエア) is urgently looking for experienced, skilled,
and certified English teachers to join our team for 2022-23 school year.

The teachers will be assigned to an esteemed private Girls' school in Tokyo
Setagaya ward. Would you like to be one of our members? If your performance
is good, 2023-2024 will be direct employment.

Private school requires top notch English teachers with relative experience, skills,
certification, and a good personality. The teacher's ability will not solely be judged by
what is on the resume; other evaluated criteria are teaching methods, student
motivation techniques, creating an environment conducive to student learning
(teacher's personality, class layout, etc.), and so on.

Here are the details;

*If your performance is good, 2023-2024 will be direct employment.
[Place] Tokyo Setagaya Ward
[Type of school] Private Girls' schools (JHS and SHS)
[Length of one class] 45 min /class
[Classes] Jr.1・Jr.2・Jr.3・Sr.1
[Teaching style] Team *You have a pair teacher, but you will lead the classes.
[Number of students per class] 30 students/class
[Number of classes] around 9~12 classes/ week
[Requested schedule by client] 5 days /week
[Contract type] Dispatch contract *If your performance is good, the school is planning
to hire directly in the following year(2023-2024)
[Salary] 300,000~330,000 JPY /per month+ transportation fee
*It would be same amount even in summer and winter vacation
*The salary will be negotiable and decided depending on the skills, experiences
and type of the position

[Duties]
1) To prepare for classes
2) To produce supplementary materials
3) To create exams and assessments.　
4) Others (staff meetings, English club instruction, supplementary classes)

[Requirements]
1) Much experience in teaching JHS ＆ SHS students in Japan
2) DELTA, CELTA or TESOL
3) Applicants need to be already in Japan and are able to relocate to the Kanto area

[Preferable]
1) Teaching license in foreign countries
2) Teaching experience of more than 10 years in Japan
3) Flexibility and good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
4) High level Japanese proficiency
