ヒット作をローカライズするプロジェクトに従事していただきます。
＜具体的には＞
・日本語から英語への翻訳
・外部翻訳者に翻訳されたテキストの監修
・実装されたテキストのチェック・修正
・英語翻訳チームのタスク管理
・最終的に実装される英語の品質管理

・英語が母国語の方
・JLPT N1を取得またはそれ相当の日本語読解能力を持っている方
・5年以上の翻訳実務経験

【尚可】
・翻訳チームのマネジメント経験者
・ゲームやアニメなどのエンターテインメントコンテンツのローカライズ経験者
・ゲームを日常的にプレイしている方
・北米のポップカルチャーに詳しい方

【給与】

・年収：400～550万円程度
(内訳)
・月額：333,334円～458,334円
・基本給：246,596円～339,084円
・時間外見込み手当(45時間相当分)：86,738円～119,250円
※前年収・ご経験のバランスを踏まえ弊社基準により決定いたします。
※毎月45時間分の時間外勤務見込み手当を含みます。
※45時間の残業を義務付けるものではありません。
※45時間を超える残業及び深夜残業・休日出社の場合は別途手当を支給します。
※残業が45時間に満たない場合でも時間外勤務見込みは全額支給されます。
※管理職、裁量労働制対象者に関しては上記の限りではありません。

Job Description
We are looking for a translation leader for Game Localization.

You will be engaged in a project to localize famous games
<Specifically>
・ Translation from Japanese to English
・ Supervision of texts translated by external translators
-Check / correct the implemented text
・ Task management of English translation team
・ Final English quality control for texts that will be applied in the final work


Skills
[Required]

・ English native
・ Those who have acquired JLPT N1 or have equivalent Japanese reading ability
・ 5 years or more actual translation experience

[Nice to have]
・ Experience in management of translation team
・ Experience in localization of entertainment contents such as games and animation
・ Those who play games on a daily basis
・ Those who are familiar with North American pop culture

Working Conditions
[Salary]

・ Annual income: about 4 to 5.5 million yen
(Breakdown)
・ Monthly salary: 333,334 yen to 458,334 yen
・ Basic salary: 246,596 yen to 339,084 yen
・ Expected overtime allowance (equivalent to 45 hours): 86,738 yen to 119,250 yen
* Determined according to our standards based on the balance between previous year's income and experience.
* Includes overtime allowance for 45 hours each month.
* 45 hours of overtime is not obligatory.
* A separate allowance will be provided for overtime work exceeding 45 hours, late night overtime work, and work on holidays.
* Even if overtime is less than 45 hours, the full amount of overtime expected will be paid.
* The above does not apply to managers and persons subject to the discretionary labor system.
