Description

We are looking for a part time English teacher for a senior high school in western Tokyo from September 2021. Please take a look at details below and email your updated resume if interested.

<Part-time Senior High School English Teacher in Central Tokyo, Sep 2021>
Contract Period: September 2021 - March 2022
Location: Western Tokyo
Hourly wage: 4,000yen (before tax)

Schedule:
4 days/week (14 lessons/week)
Mon: 8:20-13:20
Tue: 8:20-13:20
Thu: 8:20-15:20
Fri : 8:20-15:20
** No lessons are schedule during school vacations and exam periods

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and teaching up to 14 lessons a week (oral communication classes)
- Material development
- Making exams
- Test proctor
- Grading
- Meetings

<Qualification Requirements>
* Must have a bachelor's degree
* Having teaching experience at secondary school
* Capable of making and implementing effective and interesting lessons
* Having good understand of different cultures and good interpersonal skills
* Conversation level of Japanese skill or above
* Must currently reside in Japan and have a proper visa
