GDI Communications is currently seeking an L1/2 Support Engineer for the Shinkawa, Tokyo area.


Responsibilities:

-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

-Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

-Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

-Setting up accounts for new users

-Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

-Testing new technology

-Primarily responsible for customer interaction and management of infrastructure services

-Assist with maintenance of customer service SLAs

-Work with senior level admins to determine and resolve high-level problems

-Identify & troubleshoot server configuration and/or performance irregularities

-Develop procedures to respond to these irregularities in a timely manner

-Oversee the execution and completion of assigned tasks

-Document and improve existing processes

-Ticketing system


Position Requirements:

-PC knowledge

-Familiarity with Support Tickets

-Knowledge-based Systems

-General Knowledge of Industry Principles

-Data Reports Experience

-Operating Systems knowledge

-Read and Analyze Application Logs

-Server knowledge

-MS365


Salary / Compensation Benefits:

4 Million Yen 〜 6 Million Yen (depending on experience)

顧客とのやり取り、及びインフラのサービス管理
SLAサポート業務
管理部門の上位者と連携し、高難易度の問題を特定、解決
設定サーバー、及びパフォーマンスの不規則性を特定し、トラブルシューティングを実施
不規則な事態に即対応する為の手順の開発
タスクの実行、完了状況の監視
既存のプロセスを文書化して改善
