We connect Japan and the rest of the world by providing a marketplace for Japanese products in over 10 languages through our ZenMarket proxy buying platform.

◆Why We Are Hiring
Even with the corona virus we have continued to grow through 2020 and achieved new sales and shipping records. As our customer base continues to grow, we have decided to hire a new Simplified Chinese customer service representative.

<About the Position>
◆Position Title
・Simplified Chinese Customer Support

◆Duties Include
・Responding to customer inquiries
・Coordinating with various teams to answer customer questions and solve customer problems
・Supervising part time operators
・Other related tasks(Translation, etc.)

◆A Typical Day
・Check messages from customers and reply, communicate with other teams internally to solve issues.
・If you receive suggestions from a customer consider the feasibility and make proposals.
・Supervise part time staff, respond to their questions and teach them how to handle customer questions.

◆Employment Type
・Contract Employee (Full Time)
※Permanent employment available 3 years after joining the company. (There are many members who have become permanent employees)

◆Working Hours
・9:15 ~ 18:15
→Two days off per week.
Year end and new years holidays (4 days)
22 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)

・¥230,000+ per month (Based on previous experience and ability)
・Bonus twice a year (June and December)

・Raise once per year
・Transportation Allowance (Up to ¥15,000 per month)
・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute)
・Unemployment Insurance, National Health Insurance, Workers Accident Insurance
・Business casual dress code(No suit required)

<Who We Are Looking For>
・Someone with good communications skills, with experience working in an office and who brings a positive attitude to their work
・Someone excited to grow with us ambitiously as we continue to expand
・Someone able to work with with people of many different ages, nationalities and backgrounds in a professional setting.

◆Must Have Skills
・Business Level Japanese(JLPT N2 or higher)
・Business Level English
・Native Level Mandarin (Simplified) Chinese
・Basic Computer Skills (Typing, Microsoft Office/GSuite)

◆Preferred Skills
・Experience working in small to medium sized companies
・Experience working in e-commerce companies or working as customer support
・Basic knowledge of HTML
・Third language skills
