Part-time University English Instructor - Tokyo（期限切れ）

Berkeley House Language Center is seeking an experienced English instructor for part-time positions at the following University for the 2021 academic year.


Location:
Koto-ku (5 min. walk from Kokusaitenjijo station on Rinkai line)

Period:
Term 1 and Term 2 --- April 9th, 2021 ~ July 16th, 2021
Term 3 and Term 4 --- September 24th, 2021 ~ January 29th, 2022

Positions:


Position ① Monday 2nd period & Friday 5th period (Term 1 and 2 only)
Junior Year: Listening and Writing

Position ② Monday 2nd period & Friday 5th period (Term 1 and 2 only)
Junior Year: 4 Skills IELTS/TOEIC based

Position ➂　Tuesday 1st Period (Term 3 and 4 only)
Sophomore Year: TOEFL Preparation (Score goal: 80-93)

Position ④　Tuesday 2nd Period (Term 3 and 4 only)
Sophomore Year: IELTS Preparation (Band goal: OA6.5)

Time:
(100 minute/lesson)
1st Period: 8:50 ~ 10:30
2nd Period: 10:40 ~ 12:20
3rd Period: 13:10 ~ 14:50
4th Period: 15:00 ~ 16:40
5th Period: 16:50 ~ 18:30


Rate
4,000 yen/hour
*Transportation costs will be fully reimbursed


Misc:
-Good chance for those teachers who would like to have some teaching experience at the university level in Japan. Generally speaking, there are more girls than boys as the university used to be a woman's university, which has been getting more popular these days as they try to excel/expand.

Once you are successful through our selection process (Two interviews and demo lesson)
the University will conduct its own independent selection process as follows:
1. Resume Screening
2. Interview with the University
3. Attend University Orientation
4. Attend BH Orientation
