“Why Yaruki Switch Group?"
★Our Comprehensive Training System
We offer fully comprehensive training and support for all new teachers to ensure your success - this means no prior training or experience is required!
★Teaching Style: Be creative, and discover your own style!
While Kids Duo has a set curriculum, teachers are actively encouraged to grow and expand on these foundations to create truly unique and personalized lessons; allowing ample creative freedom to inject passion and enthusiasm into your class.
★Work life-balance: Enjoy life in Japan outside of work
After your first 6 months of employment, Kids Duo teachers receive 10 paid days of leave in addition to 3 main company holidays (Golden Week in May, Obon in August, and New Years' break). This allows ample time to explore and experience life in Japan, or travel and visit family and friends!
Kids Duo makes up one of 7 brands within Yaruki Switch Group, the 2nd largest private education group in Japan. We boast a track record of over 40 years in education with more than 1,800 directly owned and franchise operated schools.
