Facilities Engineer/Electrical Engineer

Shin-ei Real Estate Business is one of the biggest building management companies in Japan with its headquartes in Shinjuku, Tokyo. We, Shin-ei have quite a few foreign employees and we are always looking for more to join our growing international group. Here you might find a good opportunity to work for our customer in a comfortable environment.

This time, we hasten to look for five (5) to six (6) experienced Facility Engineers / Electrical Engineers having Bachelor of Engineering who manage data center in Inzai-city, Chiba.

As a Facility Engineer / Electrical Engineer, you will be required to take care of facility maintenance, i.e. maintaining and repairing property assets as needed. In this position you will have a broad scope of responsibilities, but most importantly to keep the facilities up and running in good condition.

As far as Electrical Engineer is concerned, it is desirable that he or she is well versed in data center. Needless to say, the job includes designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems.

Other conditions:
Work in shifts
Monthly salary: JPY 330,000 ~ JPY 450,000
Company health insurance: Available
Company apartment: Available (Rent: approximately JPY 20,000 / month)
Transportation fees will be provided.

Foreigners and Japanese are welcome to apply. However for foreigners a valid working visa is needed. We will sponsor a prolongation when needed.
