With the shifting business climate in Japan, internationally recognized companies are seeking globally-minded engineers who can communicate across cultural and linguistic barriers to suppliers and business partners abroad.

Galileo is helping to fill this gap by matching engineers and IT professionals with companies seeking highly skilled talent to work in the Automotive, Aerospace, and IT industries.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for scouting and interviewing applicants, as well as matching applicants with open roles from our clients.
You will also work directly with the sales team to find and form relationships with new clients, and provide support and training to our current employees.

We are looking to fill one position in our Nagoya branch and one position in our Tokyo branch.


■Responsibilities
・Scout, interview, and hire qualified applicants from various industries
・Develop and maintain client relationships
・Carry out and develop employee training programs
・Manage and support current employees

■Minimum Requirements
・ Conversational Japanese (Interviews will be held in Japanese)
・ Business-level English

■Even better if you have:
・ Business-level Japanese
・ Recruiting or Sales experience

■Salary
¥250,000~￥300,000/Month
