GPlusMedia is looking for a driven, enthusiastic, positive, and preferably bilingual person to join our job board sales team based in Tokyo. Sales experience is great, but even without, you will learn to love it!

Job Description

Sales executives are responsible for prospecting and contacting new businesses while nurturing the sales with our established and extensive client base.
With our excellent product in your hands, results will be highly expected and rewarded.


• Build and maintain client relationships in Japanese and English (newcomers welcome!)
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new relationships in an effort to grow sales
• Track, record, and follow company practices
• Meet and exceed financial targets


• Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 3 years of office experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese are paramount
• Prior media sales / recruitment experience is a nice plus
• Someone who can believe in themselves and GaijinPot in order to push through barriers
