Requirements

  • English: Native level
  • Must currently reside in Japan
  • 12 years of education where English was the medium of instruction (all subjects)
  • University graduate with bachelor’s degree or higher (any field)
  • Able to commit to a full year contract with minimal consecutive absences
  • Strong desire to work with young learners (15 years or lower)
  • Valid work visa (eligible to work in Japan, Student visa welcome)
  • Visa sponsorship available

Description

Are you ready to experience the life an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT)? Then we have an opportunity for you! Borderlink, Inc. is looking for highly-motivated and energetic individuals to join us for the coming school year starting in Spring 2020. Furthermore, we will be holding several orientation sessions for domestic candidates throughout the fall and winter.

Upcoming sessions will be held on the following dates/times:

Saturday, November 16th (10:00 am)
Saturday, November 30th (10:00 am/ 1:30 pm)
Saturday, December 7th (10:00 am/ 1:30 pm)
Saturday, December 14th (10:00 am/ 1:30 pm)

We currently plan to hold all sessions in Tokyo (Takadanobaba). (All locations/times subject to change.)

These "Meet & Greet" information sessions will transport you to the world of teaching in Japanese public schools and become a positive influence on the lives of students and teachers across Japan.
