English Teacher（到期)

ISA is looking for the part-time English teachers who can join the program below for 3 consecutive days. Pleas see below for the qualification.

JOB INFORMATION:
a) Dates & Time:
October 30th (Wed) around 9:45-18:40
October 31st (Thu) around 8:30-18:00
November 1st (Fri) around 9:45-14:00
*Having lunch & dinner with the students is mandatory.
*Short breaks in between lessons are included.
b) Total paid hours: Around 14 hours (3,800 yen before tax per hour) plus 5,000 yen in total for having lunch & dinner with the students.
c) Location: Yoyogi area in Tokyo (At the public facility near Sangubashi Station)
d) Students: 2nd grade junior high school
e) Content: Classroom English, Home Stay English, Immersion, etc.
f) Meals: Provided

November 1st (Fri) Lunch Only
g) Accommodation: Not provided (commute to the facility everyday)
h) Transportation: Public transportation fare (local trains and buses) will be reimbursed with your salary.

QUALIFICATION:
University graduate with a bachelor's and/or more advanced degree, plus one of the following:
a) at least 3 years of experience teaching in a classroom environment as ALT (preferably in Japan)
b) at least 3 years of experience teaching EFL/ESL in a classroom environment
c) at least 3 years of experience teaching in a classroom environment with holding a teaching certificate (TEFL/TESL/TESOL) and/or teaching credentials or qualifications (elementary/primary/secondary)
d) at least 3 years of experience teaching in a classroom environment with ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including sitting and standing for long periods of time
* No Japanese language ability is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
a) Prepare warm-up activities or fun games in advance based on the topic given by ISA.
b) Attend one-day Teacher's Training (location and time TBD).
c) Read and respond to all emails and materials sent by ISA.
d) Participate in various activities and engage with students in an appropriate way.
e) Comply with all rules and regulations established by ISA.
