NOVA Holdings Co., Ltd. is hiring English Village Teachers to teach English to children in nursery school and kindergarten through to elementary and junior high school in Neyagawa City, Osaka from September 2019 to March 2020. We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player who has a passion for teaching English and is professional in all aspects of behavior, as well as being flexible, cheerful, and energetic.

・Be able to both team teach and teach alone. English lessons at English Village consists of classes ranging from 25 to 40 students.
・Assist teachers and English Village staff with creating lesson plans and building the curriculum.
・Participate and lead the school’s “English Village” at your respective schools and kindergartens.
・Participate in student activities and join students during lunchtime and break time.
・ Build relationships with students, faculty and the surrounding community.

・Be a native English speaker
・Hold a Bachelor`s degree
・Have previous teaching experience (ALT experience preferred)
・Have basic Japanese speaking ability (Conversational level)
・Have a valid status of residence (work visa)
・Have a professional attitude, be a team-player, be flexible, cheerful, and energetic
・Be punctual to all lessons and work assignments
・Have the ability to communicate with Japanese teachers, students, and company representatives in a
 professional manner.
・Be able to live within a commutable distance to Neyagawa City.
**Although not a requirement, candidates with a TESOL/TEFL qualification are preferred.

≪Remuneration and contract details≫
・Full time position
・Contract term is from September 2019 to March 2020
・Total work days will be approximately 125 days.
・Days off and other non-working days will correspond with the school’s calendar.
・12,000 yen per worked day+full transportation expenses covered
・Working hours are from 8:30am to 5pm. A meal break will be provided.
・The Employee shall participate in the Japanese Employees’ Health insurance and Employees’ Pension Insurance programs (Shakai Hoken)
