【Responsibilities】
・General reception (contract procedure, rent collection, property search, life consultation, complaint etc.), communication with foreign customers
・Telephone / mail correspondence (answering inquiries, customer service, complaint, consultation)
・Room viewing (scheduling, guidance, administrative procedures)
・Translation of documents on need basis
・General office work
・Maintenance of office properties
①You find the application from prospective clients/tenants.
Your clients choose one or a few apartments by finding apartment photos and descriptions.
You then ask them when they wish to visit their interested apartments and then make an appointment/s to show the interested apartment.
②Once they confirm their interest to rent, you will provide them with a number of documents including a lease agreement.
③After they may ask us for repair or for a new installation, you will consult with the management to answer the tenant what we will do.
【Working conditions】
・5 days a week (1day off on the weekdays and 1day off on the weekend)
