NIWAKA is a luxury brand that offers high fashion jewelry and bridal jewelry, including engagement rings and wedding bands. Since 2016, a number of famous celebrities have worn our jewelry at the Academy Awards and other entertainment industry events, which has increased our profile throughout the world. Therefore, we are accepting applications for the position of a customer service professional, who would be also responsible for conducting marketing research. We are looking for passionate individual who is willing to contribute to our business abroad.


【Job Description】

1. Handling inquiries and orders from overseas customers
Communicating with customers through our English website via e-mail (This may also include handling inquiries over the phone in the future). To provide an appropriate response, in many instances, it may be necessary to contact members of other departments and obtain information about our products and stores from them in Japanese.

2.Marketing Research
The successful candidate would be responsible for conducting research on overseas jewelry markets and for analyzing behaviors of our website visitors.

3. Preparing web content
In the event that new information is added to our English website, the successful candidate would create that content.

*If we receive orders from customers, it may be necessary to record the the order information on our platforms or prepare shipments.

【Our Team】

The successful candidate will be working with three Japanese employees who can also communicate in English. There are international colleagues from countries like the USA, Ukraine, Australia, Canada, and Thailand in the same office, which makes for a friendly international atmosphere. ・Application Process

・Type of Employment
* The first six months will be a contract-based trial period. During the trial period, contract conditions such as salary are the same as for permanent full-time employment.

・Working Hours
9:00 to 18:00 (1-hour break)
