Description
Our company is a fashion brand startup seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle duties for upper management.

The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, organized and enjoys fashion. This position provides opportunities for growth and advancement. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The candidate should have a strong grasp of English and Japanese languages, as there may be circumstances that require verbal interpretation and minor written translation.

Location
Tokyo, Minato-ku, Aoyama

Responsibilities and Duties
・　Maintain records
・　Deliver and pick up correspondence
・　Work with team to create documents and presentations
・　Assist in creating and distributing minutes for meetings
・　Aid in translation
・　Answering calls, and responding to emails.
・　Organizing meetings, appointments, travel, and managing schedules.

Salary
From 220,000yen ~ 310,000yen depending on experience

Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm

Term
From March 1, 2019 to February 28, 2020

Holidays
Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Paid Vacation Days (10days/yr)
