Job Description:
社内のドキュメント、図面を総合的に管理する役割を担っていただきます。航空機開発において、EWIS（電気配線）や構造改修部品などの図面のリリース作業が佳境を迎えており、現在のリリースだけでは処理が賄いきれない状況にある為、出図管理者・文書管理者は、社内規定による承認ルートに基づき、指定された専用システム（ENOVIA)を用いてこれらの点検や発行業務を行っていただきます。また、出図業務以外にもチーム内での必要業務も平行して行っていただきます。

• To be in charge of document and drawing control administration work
• Handle current peak load drawings from EWIS (electrical wire harnesses) or structural modifications from the engineering section
• Document and drawing release control administration, able to manage verification/release of documents/drawings using digital tools based on work flow created by company standards
• Digital data management system operation for document/drawing release (ENOVIA, team center, other in-house systems)
• Communication with previous/next person in the work flow to confirm status and follow-up
• Standard and procedure definition or modification for document/drawing release and administrative tasks
• Create/maintain status control chart using Excel spreadsheets
• Overnight work: one or two times per month (from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) or weekends (Saturday/Sunday/general holiday)

Requirements:
• Requires mid-level skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
• Use simple VBA for data-mining operations
• Basic English skills
• Fluent in Japanese
