EF Education Firstでは、企業ソリューション部門でのビジネス開発マネージャーを募集しています。日本国内における弊社事業の成長に必要不可欠なポジションとなります。

業務内容:
-主要顧客の特定から営業活動に至るまでの全販売プロセスへの対応
- 1000社以上の大企業を中心とした一流の法人顧客の対応、急速に成長する国際的ビジネスへの洞察を深め営業活動を行う
- 取引先である国際的大企業のクライアントの人脈ネットワークを管理·運用·維持
- 1年後に2-3件の商談取引が完了していることが目標
- 企業ソリューション部門の主要メンバーとして、日本および海外での戦略的営業計画の発案に寄与

あれば望ましいスキル・経験:
- ビジネスにおける問題対処のためのリスクアセスメント、ニーズ分析、バイヤープロファイリングや市場勢力図といった顧客に特化した営業戦略を構築するための専門知識
- 結果につながるようなクライアントとの関係を長期的に維持・構築することができる経験
-海外での就労や多国籍企業での勤務経験、または留学等の海外生活経験といった国際的な経験
- 主要なグローバル企業や多国籍企業でのトップマネジメントレベルのネットワークがあること(人事や人材開発・教育のネットワークであれば尚可)
- 大卒でビジネスでの学位があれば尚可
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力と流暢な英語力必須

EF is looking for a Business Development Manager for its Corporate Solutions division, who will play a key role in the continued rapid growth of EF’s business across Japan.

· As Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to identifying, prospecting, developing and closing key clients, accounting for all phases of the sales process. You will generate revenue while developing insight into a fast-growing, international business, working with high-profile corporate clients, mainly Fortune 1000 companies.

· By the end of the first year, you are expected to have closed 2-3 key accounts.

· Develop and maintain a personal network at a senior executive level (C-level) in large, mainly international, corporations across Japan.

· As a key member of the EF Corporate Solutions team, participate in the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan for Japan and contribute to setting best practices at a global level.

Desired Skills and Experience

EF will look for candidates with the following background:
· Proven experience in building client-specific sales strategy including needs analysis, buyer profiling, competitive landscape and risk assessment that addresses critical business issues.
· Strong experience in developing and maintaining global, cultural, complex and long-term client relationships that sustain results.
· Be a visionary in terms of where clients -by industry/geography/discipline are heading so we can get there first and lead them to victory.
· Deep experience operating at the most senior levels of a Fortune 200 Corporation.
· Personal network at Senior Management level within major global and multinational companies mandatory (network within HR Directors, Learning & Development Directors community a strong plus).
· The ideal candidate will be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment; she/he will be masterful in influencing, driving and developing power in the most precarious of situations, and will not take Defeat or No for an answer to achieve the company’s goals.
· Strong pipeline management skills.
· Global cultural experience – would have worked in different countries or in a multinational corporation or lived or studied abroad.
· Experience of working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
· University graduate, preferably with a Business degree.
· Native level Japanese and fluency in English is essential.
