描述

The Osaka YMCA has been providing educational programs in Japan for more than 100 years. Through our Language Centers we offer reliable, challenging and rewarding English language teaching opportunities, and a professional, supportive environment in which to practice and develop your skills as an educator.

ROLE:
We are looking to employ an experienced English language teacher to join the team at our Tosabori branch full-time starting in July 2018. The position will involve teaching lessons to both children and adults on our in-house and dispatch programs. Your weekly schedule will include a balance of teaching and non-contact hours.
- Contract period: July 2018 to March 2019 (renewable on a 1-year basis after initial contract)
- Working hours: Tuesday-Friday 13:00-21:00, Saturday 9:00-17:00
- Benefits: Minimum salary ¥250,000/month (dependent on experience and qualifications) plus transportation. Paid holidays, health insurance, employment insurance, and pension plan all provided.

- be available to work from Jul 2018 to March 2019.
- currently reside in the Kansai area of Japan.
- hold a current valid working visa.
- have a native level of English.
- hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- have at least three years’ experience teaching English to adults and children.
Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Cambridge CELTA, Trinity CertTesol or other relevant teaching qualification.
