Since it's inception in 2000, Borderlink, Inc. has been steadily growing and we have now reached the point that we are looking to expand our HR team.

Requirements for this position are as follows:

An applicant must...
1. have ALT experience and/or HR experience, or a willingness to gain experience in the field.
2. be a native speaker of English.
3. have an advanced level of spoken Japanese language ability (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher), and must also be able to read and type in Japanese at an intermediate level as you will be working in a mainly Japanese environment. Most emails and meetings in the company will be in Japanese, so you should be able to converse freely in Japanese and be willing to learn more.
4. be friendly and outgoing, as well as being a team-player.
5. have a valid driver’s license in Japan, or be willing to get one.
6. have basic computer skills (typing, word processing and basic data entry), but should also have experience using programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with photo editing/drawing programs and programming is a plus.
7. be able to submit both an English and Japanese resume/CV.
8. must be able to commute to Omiya(Saitama),Takadanobaba(Tokyo), Kofu(Yamanashi), Atsugi(Kanagawa) area or be willing to move.

主な業務内容 Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. 採用後のALT(外国語指導助手)に対する継続的な研修の実施
2. ALT欠勤時の代行
3. 教材開発・研修資料作成
4. 学校での教員向け研修補助 (主に夏の期間)
5. 採用活動補助(書類審査・面接実施・応募者管理)

You will have to work Monday through Friday, with national holidays off. This is a renewable, yearly contracted, and full-time position. Other details of the position will be covered during the interview process.
