The Osaka YMCA Language Center is looking for experienced native English language instructors for Saturday School positions starting in April 2018.
Candidates must …
> currently reside in Japan.
> hold a current valid working visa.
> have a native level of English.
> have at least three years English language teaching experience.
> have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
> be available to work from April 2018 to March 2019.
Duties include …
> planning and teaching lessons according to course guidelines.
> interacting with students, and encouraging interaction between students, in English.
> preparing and marking homework.
> participating in the assessment and recording of students' progress.

International Kids Program: Kinder-Elementary (S)
Times: Saturdays 09:30-14:50
Contract length: 38 days from April 2018 to March 2019
Compensation: ¥16,000/day plus transportation
Location: Osaka YMCA Language Center Tennoji or Tosabori
Description: Part-time native English teacher for students aged 3-12 years. Teaching day involves working with one class through five periods of study focused on general English, phonics, and theme-based activities such as crafts, cooking, and project work.
