Native English Teacher for International School-Osaka (expired)

Cherish International School is looking for cheerful individuals to teach English to children.

●Location : Hirano, Osaka (Tanimachi-line)

1) ●Work time：　
Tuesdays - Saturdays,
9：00/9：50 am－6：40/7：50/2：30 pm (40 hours/week)
Or
Mondays - Fridays,
9：00/9：30 am－6：40/7：50 pm (40 hours/week)

●Salary：\270,000/month

＊Travel expenses are paid up to a maximum of 15,000 yen per month is provided in addition to the salary.

2) ●Work time：
・Tuesdays,9:30am-3：00pm
・Weekdays,9:30am-3：00pm or 6:50pm
・Thursdays,9:30am-3：00pm
●Salary : ￥2,200per/hour　(Roughly\140,000/per month）

●Requirements
・Native English Speaker
・Currently reside in Osaka (ideally in/near Tennoji ward)
・Valid working visa
・Experience teaching English to children in Japan
・Make programs lesson plans and lead classes.
・Ability to teach phonics
・Must be responsible, professional and enjoy teaching children
・Must be able to work for at least one year

●Job description
The main responsibility of the teacher is to help students to understand, speak, write, and read English. Your duties will range from the preparation of course work, planning of classes and the grading. On top of this you will also have to arrange any extra curricular activities and set targets for your students.

・Group lessons you will teach English with 1 assistant Japanese staff.
1）Nursery Class :1-2 years /Max12kids per class
2）Toddler Class :2-3 years /Max14kids per class
3）After Class : Ranges from Kindergarden to High School kids / Max12kids per class
4）Saturday Class : Kindergarden/ Max15kids per class
・ Care for Pre-Class kids ( feeding　etc.)
・Preparing classroom and class materials, homework assignments
・Classroom management and organization
・Developing English lesson plans in line with school Curriculum.
・Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
・Attend regular staff meetings
・Help with Special School Events ( School Trip, Halloween Party, Summer School, Christmas Party etc.)
