Latest addition to our portfolio is the new hotel "MIMARU TOKYO UENO NORTH", opening February 2018 in Ueno, Tokyo. In collaboration with Cosmos Initia and the "APARTMENT HOTEL MIMARU" brand, this new hotel will be offering to its guests to experience Japan in a new way. A special travel experience while staying together with your family, friends or loved ones in a homelike setting. Inspired by service apartments, each room features a large open kitchen, dining and living areas, spacious enough for four people to share comfortably.

We are currently looking for new staff to develop and run this new hotel in Tokyo's popular Ueno area.

Founded with our ever-most famous SOCIAL APARTMENT brand (co-living Social Apartment properties), GLOBAL AGENTS has since experience its activities and is currently offers 4 lifestyle hotels across Japan.

JOB TASKS
・Guest Relation
・Hotel reservation Analysis
・Sales report & announcement
・Staff Management
・Marketing / Media relation
・Creating and maintaining the hotel and Global Agents' brand & image
・Occasional translation duties

REQUIREMENTS
・Being able to communicate smoothly in Japanese with customers and partners
・Other language skills is a plus
・Must be currently living in Japan
・No hotel experience required, as long as you have a challenging spirit and a good sense of responsibility.
・Able to think quick and rationally, with different approach and perspectives, without being limited by the industry practices.
・Having a sens of hospitality
・Good communication skills
・Being able to value teamwork

WORKPLACE
4-min walk from Ueno Station
(7-14-4 Ueno, Taitō-ku, Tōkyō-to 110-0005)

WORK HOURS
・10:00~19:00 (1-hour break)
・2 days off per week (shift negotiable)
・National holiday off, Summer & Winter holiday, Paid holiday and miscellaneous holidays

SALARY/BENEFITS
・Annual Income：¥4M~¥5M
※ Start salary based on your experience & abilities
※ 3 months Trial Period

・Salary raised twice per year (based on personal results)
