Rosetta Stone Learning Center has recently moved into a new office located in the heart of Ginza. The G-Six Building is Japan’s most prestigious working location and we are now looking for a School Manager to take charge of our in-house learning center.

We are seeking a candidate to manage our in-house school at our Ginza Six offices. You will also be responsible for leading by example by teaching high quality one-to-one lessons in person and through our digital learning platform. In addition to this you will manage the operations - the teaching schedule, the curricula and materials, the IT infrastructure, and the teaching team. Finally, you will also contribute to growth in the branch by building relationships with G-Six employees, organising internal events and seminars to attract new students, and targeting external clients with special events and promotions.

Due to the working environment a good level of Japanese is preferred. We also prefer at least 2 years of management experience. Most important of all though will be an excellent teaching ability. Working Conditions
- Working days negotiable - preference for at least 1 weekend day + 4 weekdays (full-time)
- Fixed monthly salary of 270,000 - 350,000 yen
