Description

Rosetta Stone Learning Center - a Link and Motivation Inc. company TSE 2170 - is an industry leader for employee satisfaction and education technology. We are looking for a bilingual professional to join our international team at the G-Six Building in Ginza.

We believe that the best customer service comes from having employees who are happy and well motivated in their jobs. Our unique ‘Customer Second’ philosophy enables motivated and dedicated staff to embrace new opportunities and to develop their careers.

Furthermore, our industry leading learning center operations software and e-learning platform has enabled us to integrate technology more fully into our learning environment for instructors, managers, and students. We use the internally developed Schoolmaster system to facilitate our operations and to provide students with the tools they need to learn languages more effectively.

From July this year - in cooperation with our parent company Link & Motivation - we launched a new digital learning platform that allows teachers working in a learning center in Tokyo to deliver lessons through the Internet to students all over Japan. We are now seeking to add a bilingual schedule manager to this online team.

To succeed in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills in both Japanese (native) and English (fluent) in order to coordinate between the teaching team and the on-site staff nationwide. You will also need an operational mindset and strong organisational skills to be able to manage the schedule for our online classes.

Position details
- 5 day / 40 hour working week (full-time employment)
- Fixed monthly salary of 270,000 to 320,000 yen (dependent on experience)
- Great international working environment in the G-Six Building working for 2 top brands.
- Full time status includes social insurance coverage
- Stock ownership with generous company matching program
- Transportation allowance
- 10 paid holidays per year plus paid school closures (Golden Week, Obon, Christmas / New Year)

Requirements
- Native level Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) and fluent English.
- Operational mindset with good organisational skills
- Some experience with education preferred
- High level of computer literacy

Are you ready to join the team?
If you are humble, willing to learn, flexible, and ready to join a top notch international team then please submit your application along with a cover letter stating your reasons for wanting to work with us.

We will be accepting applications until August with a preference for those candidates who can start soon. Please note that due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to all emails or requests for information. Also, please use the application function on this website rather than calling the schools directly as the staff there will not be able to process your application.
