Description

Our parent company, Link and Motivation, has just moved to a new location in Japan’s newest office development - the G-Six building in Ginza. Rosetta Stone Learning Center is seeking a Lead Instructor to spearhead the development an in-company school based within the fantastic Link and Motivation offices at Ginza Six. This is an excellent opportunity to join a new venture with enormous potential.

If you are successful then you’ll be teaching in RSLC’s new Ginza Six location and working together with senior management to develop a teaching team and the operation of the new school.

We are looking for someone who can provide excellence in teaching - a minimum of 4-5 years of experience are required - and who will be able to expand the student base of the new school through the effective delivery of demo lessons and seminars within the office.

As the number of students grows, you’ll also take a role in building a team of teachers to meet demand and in managing the day-to-day running of the school in cooperation with our operations team. This role has enormous scope to grow and, in common with all positions at Rosetta Stone Learning Center - benefits from our Customer Second philosophy.

‘Customer Second’ is a policy of ensuring that all of our staff feel motivated and engaged with their roles, with space to grow as a person and in a career, as we believe that this provides the best level of customer service for our students. We ceaselessly strive towards the goal of being the best company to work for in the language school industry.

One of our other core philosophies is that ‘Everyone from the CEO down teaches’ meaning that all of our native English and French speaking staff spend at least one day a week in the classroom.
