◆業務内容：オペレーション/ Job Summary
・日本に来る外国人旅行者のメール/電話対応
Successful candidates will be responsible for responsible for responding to Email and Telephone correspondence for foreign tourist coming to Japan.

・お部屋に関する情報、周辺情報、観光地、お勧めのレストラン等の質問に対する日本語での対応
Successful candidates will need to be able to correspond in Japanese for questions about rooms, the surrounding area, sightseeing spots, recommended restaurants, etc.

◆応募資格・優遇/Job Requirement
・ビジネスレベルの英語力 (業務はほぼ全て英語で行われます)
Business Level English Preferred
※TOEIC850 点以上
TOEIC Score of 850 or more

・ビジネスレベルの日本語（会話能力重視）
Business Level Japanese Preferred Specially Needs Conversation Skill
※日本語能力検定試験JLPT N2以上
JLPT Score of N2 or more

・長期間（6ヶ月以上）働ける方
Minimum work contract length availability of 6 months

・英語/日本語に加えて中国語か韓国語の読み書きができる方大歓迎！
Chinese or Korean Language Ability is a plus/very welcome

・責任感があり業務を全う出来る方
Candidates should be responsible and able to manage their time well.
(Responsible candidates only)

・検索サイトなどでの検索に自信がある方
Candidates should be comfortable using search sites to find new information.
(Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc).

・土日も働ける方大歓迎！
Preferable if candidates are available on the weekends.

・インターンから正社員への登用可能性あり
Candidates will be able to become full-time employees after their internship.

Tokyo, Shibuya Omotesando

◆Working Hours
8hours from AM 10 to PM 6 1hr lunch break/minimum 3 days in a week

◆Salary
1,000 JPY/hour plus travel expense
