<Job Description>
Rental brokerage Information :
You will take care of customers from initial correspondence, guiding them through the properties and contract creation. After the customer starts residing at the residence, we support them throughout their stay.

Serviced apartment operations:
Preparation and Maintenance of property. Assist Tenants as needed.

There is a possibility of business trips in the US

<Requirement>
- English: Business level
- Japanese: Fluent
- Valid Japanese drivers license is required

<Working hours>
- 9: 30 - 18: 30 (1 hour break)

<Salary and welfare benefits>
- Salary (Monthly): JPY 200,000 - JPY 281,000
※ Includes overtime work fee for 33 hours
※ Pay rise available based on skills and/or experience
- Bonuses twice a year
- An annual company trip

仕事内容
- 賃貸仲介についてお客様初期対応から物件選定をして現地までのご案内。その後の契約業務関係と入居中の入居者対応。
- サービスアパートメント業務：　物件設置準備業務全般と入居中の入居者対応。
- アメリカ出張の可能性があります

要件
- 英語 / ビジネスレベル
- 日本語 / 流暢以上
- 日本において有効な運転免許証必須
※宅建資格があれば尚良し

勤務時間
- 9：30 - 18：30（休憩1時間）

給与と福利厚生
- 給料（月額）：PY 200,000 - JPY 281,000
※33時間の見込み残業代を含みます
※スキルによって昇給
- 賞与年2回
- 年1回の慰安旅行
