Description
Uzbek Teaching Position
Students: Volunteers to be dispatched to Uzbekistan.
Contract period: Beginning of January to Mid-March 2017
Duration : 11 weeks
*Possibly other 2.5-month intensive courses will be available for
right candidates.
Location: Komagane-shi, Nagano-ken
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8:45-14:50, from three to five 50-minute
classes a day (around 210 classes in total)
*Work other than teaching: preparation of tests, writing reports,
participating in events and meetings, etc.
Remuneration: competitive salary, depending on experience and qualification
Transportation expenses to and from Komagane will be reimbursed
Transportation from provided apartment to working place will be provided.
Accommodation: free furnished apartment provided
<Qualification Requirements>
Native Uzbek speaker or Japanese national with high proficiency in Uzbek.
A minimum of 2 years experience in teaching Tamil to non-native speakers.
Experience in preparing course sylabi and developing materials and tests.
The ideal candidate should be a dedicated team worker.
Additionally, he/she must possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited university and experience in teaching Japanese national.
Preference will be given to those with Japanese speaking ability and experience teaching intensive
language programs in Japan.
