There is a full time Kindergarten teaching position available in Saitama prefecture.

WING Inc., is looking for some candidates who have strong passion on early childhood education and be willing to adapt a particular teaching philosophy and method.

Job description: You will have maximum of 20 English lessons in a week. The lesson should be followed by a particular teaching method and a curriculum with provided materials. You will also have some of nursery tasks outside of teaching hours.

Position: Kindergarten English teacher
Work place: Kindergarten/preschool in Saitama prefecture

There are two types of work duties for this position.
-First: Teaching at kindergarten
-Second: Substituting at our client schools with a request basis.
*You will stay at your home and standby for a request. If you receive a request from us you will go to the requested school for teaching, Frequency of its request is about 3 days a month. You will receive a request at least 1 day prior to work day.

Work Schedule:
- Mondays: on-call/standby (substituting: work time and location are depending on a request from a school)
- Tuesdays: 8:00am to 1:00pm and 3:30pm to 6:00pm (teaching: 3 classes)
- Wednesdays: on-call/standby (substituting: work time and location are depending on a request from a school)
- Thursdays: 8:00am to 1:00pm and 3:30pm to 6:00pm (teaching: 3 classes)
- Fridays from 8:00am to 1:00pm and 3:30pm to 6:00pm (teaching: 3 classes)

Holidays: Weekends, public holidays, seasonal vacation(winter and spring)

Salary: Starting from 230,000yen/month (depends on your experience)
Perfect attendance bonus: 10,000yen
Benefit: Transportation expenses is fully covered

Requirements:
Must be a native English speaker
Must have some experience at a similer level of school in Japan (preschool/kindergarten)
Must attend the three days training in December 2016
Must love children
Must be able to adapt a particular teaching method based on the training
Must be a team player

Japanese skills are plus
