An Accounts &Administration Assistant (ideally with fluent Japanese language skills) is required in Manchester Office of a Japanese company with high reputation in its specialised field.
The main responsibility is in Accounting using Sage 50 such as:
* Dealing with expenses, invoice, shipping/ freight, Stock control.
* Preparation of financial statement (B/S, P/L, C/F), VAT, Reports for Sales and Management,
* Managing major Currency positions and Credit control
As it is a small office with core members, the role will also cover other duties as Office Administrator and PA for Managing Director.

* Experience with Sage Line 50 (Essential)
* Working experience as accounts assistant and in general office administration (Essential)
Excellent communication skills in English - Verbal and written (Essential)
* Fluent Japanese language skills (Desirable but not essential)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Good inter-personal skills.
