CRS Education is a consulting and recruiting company delivering services to the international education sector in Asia. Based out of Shanghai, we work with an established base of international school clients in a sector that is developing at an unprecedented rate. Since our establishment in 2012, we have very quickly developed a reputation as a high quality provider in the industry and have initiated a plan for further growth to meet the demand for our consultancy services and recruitment events. We are seeking to appoint for a number of new Associate Consultant positions.

CRS Associate Consultants work alongside our Consultants and Managers to support in all aspects of the recruitment process. With training and guidance, the role provides the opportunity to build a deep understanding of the international education sector and develop the skills necessary for effective recruitment practice.The role includes sourcing candidates for registered vacancies and conducting preliminary interviews, assisting in collection of required documentation, database management and referral of candidates to our client schools. Career growth opportunities are very good with the potential to develop a long term career in consultancy.
