The position

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst. This position reports directly to the Financial Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career and be part of a fast growing, diverse and global company.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the financial planning function (budgeting and forecasting); investigate the key drivers of variances, identify trends, highlight issues and address problems to senior management;
-A key role to drive category gross margin. Understand special features of E-commerce and leverage analytical tools to optimize the pricing process;
-Take the ownership of P&L, review and control line by line with each business department;
-Lead financial planning reporting function;
-Play the role as business partner, provide in-depth analysis to support all the business team and offer professional advice to support the business growth;
-Work with analytical team, standardize all the analytical reports, define and monitor the KPIs of each business team, highlight the risk and opportunities, and bring values;
-Set up cost driven module for Supply Chain, Logistics, and Merchandising, which will help in forecast, cost negotiation, vendor selection and brand selection;
-Closely monitor and control the cash flow (including purchase of goods, marketing and logistic expenses, and capital investment, etc.), and ensure the healthy financial leverage and cash flow situation;
-Support Financial Controller with special projects and process improvements.

The candidate will have the following competencies:

-Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting;
-Minimum of 1-2 year experience in Financial Planning & Analysis area. Experience in working in a multi-national company is required;
-Experience supporting E-Commerce business is highly preferred;
-Ability to develop effective partnerships with a large number of financial and non-financial partners at all levels of the organization;
-Expert level of proficiency in Excel and proficient in Word and PowerPoint. Skills in Microsoft Access or other database or analytical software is a plus.
-Must have highest degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail;
-Well organized with an ability to multitask efficiently;
-Excellent communication skills English, Chinese language skills are a plus;
-Excellent can-do attitude, self-motivated with a drive to work hard.
