日本全国の賃貸・売買物件情報を配信する、国内最大級のバイリンガル不動産ポータルサイト『realestate.co.jp』を運営する、Real Estate Japan（リアル・エステート・ジャパン）株式会社では今回、自社のセールスアシスタントを１名募集しております。

弊社では賃貸・売買物件をお探しの外国の方(英語圏)と日本の不動産会社様との架け橋になるビジネスを展開しています。セールスアシスタントの主な業務は、主に営業システム上で入金・支払い管理確認を行う他、顧客やユーザーからのお問い合わせ(電話・メール)対応や、国内不動産会社様を相手にアウトバウンドの電話営業業務（件数も25件/日 程度）を行っていただきます。他にも能力に応じて資料・データ(エクセル・ワード等)作成、必要な際はIT部との折衝業務等を英語・日本語で行って頂きます。

勤務内容: 月〜金 9:00 - 18:00 (土日祝日休み)　能力に応じて正社員登用有り / 別途交通費支給(上限2万円)

We are currently in need of an admin & sales assistance working in an IT & Media company.

Our company provides a property portal for English-speaking users to search properties in Japan. Our clients are domestic real-estate companies and you will be handling incoming inquiries from our users as well as from our clients by answering questions, providing assistance and information when and where needed - both over the phone and via email. Another key role for this position is reconcile incoming bank payments to the invoices on a daily basis.

This is a extensive role involving sales supports and administration tasks, so it would suit somebody who is comfortable in dealing with all kinds of tasks and have eyes to the details.
