Responsible for Accounts payable, and general office administration.
You will be assisting the Financial Controller with accounts payable duties, as well assisting the Executive Director, and general office administration.
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Financial Controller with the following:
1. Accounts Payable
2. Journal Entries
3. Assist with closing, monthly, quarterly and annually
4. Ad-hoc assignment
- Handle general office administration functions including but not limited to purchasing, mailing and coordinating for general office repair and maintenance and ensure that all office administration work is done efficiently.
Other duties as assigned by Executive Director.
2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- High vocation school or diploma in any fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in general office administration and book keeping
- Experience working on a small, local bank is preferred
Required Skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Good administration and follow up skills
