Human Resources Manager （期限切れ）

Are you an experienced assistant language teacher (ALT) looking to step up in your career? We are currently looking for a human resources (HR) manager to start from August or September this year.

As an HR manager, we are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of ALT experience in both elementary and junior high school. Elementary school experience should include working with Hi, friends! in both print and multimedia (smart board/electronic blackboard) formats.

Duties will involve recruiting and taking care of our current ALTs. When new ALTs join our company, it will be your role to train the new teachers on the current curriculum and educate them on the standards which are expected by the Ministry of Education (MEXT) and each of the boards of education (BoE).

Further duties involve going out to lesson observations during each of the school terms and proactively creating new ideas and solutions to contribute to the growth of the ALTs. By doing so, you will be improving lesson quality and standards.

We are looking for those who are critical thinkers that can come up with solutions and have quick initial response to problems that may arise. We are looking for candidates that also take the next step and follow up on those problems to make sure that they not recur.
