Full-time Business Skills Trainer
You must be committed to providing the highest level of training, support and service to a diverse portfolio of consumer and major corporate clients.
Business Skills Trainers are responsible for:
• creating, customising, and delivering high quality training to deliver customer satisfaction and development
• supporting the sales team
• interacting with clients
• showing attention to detail and pride in premium Berlitz solutions
• displaying the highest levels of teamwork
• fostering continual innovation
Successful candidates must have:
• business experience in order to discuss business issues credibly
• an outstanding Berlitz business language teaching track record
• excellent classroom management and presentation skills
• an active, flexible delivery style
• familiarity with the cultural patterns that determine business communication styles
• a proactive approach to work and information sharing
• flexibility with working time based on clients’ needs
• a spirit of learning and improvement
• experience with Microsoft Office products
Extensive training and time to observe sessions is provided before a trainer is expected to deliver.
