JOB DESCRIPTION: flexible self-starter who can handle phones, filing, light written reports in Japanese and in basic English, light book keeping, etc. to manage rental properties and support a sales staff with property research and creating documents and presentations according to templates. Some clerical office experience or real estate experience helpful, but not required for the right candidate. Part time or full time may be considered. Opportunity for advancement possible.
