We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic full-time native English teacher for our international (all-English language) preschools located in Edogawa and Yokohama.

You'll be joining a small, close-knit team of English-speaking Japanese and foreign staff, teaching children aged between 1 and 6. As our school grows, we need teachers who possess both the passion and energy to teach young children.

You should have at least some experience of working with groups of young children, and those with relevant qualifications will be preferred. As a teacher in our system, you should be able to teach children in an English immersion environment, and if needed, assist with child care. You should also be able to teach in our after school program, which is a more traditional English class, aimed at kindergarten and elementary kids. Finally, our school also has a Parent and Child program, so any relevant experience in that aspect will also be considered.

We ask that all interviewees perform a short demo lesson (about 5-10 minutes) in addition to their interview. We are looking for a kind, caring, intelligent, fun and enthusiastic person who is willing to challenge themselves, and who will fit well into our team. We want to make sure that you are right for our school (and that our school is right for you).

Japanese ability is not required, but at some basic conversational ability is preferred.

<Work Place & Hours>
English language preschool.
Locations: Edogawa Ward, Tokyo (15 mins walk from Mizue Station), Yokohama (15 minutes from Yokohama station)
Hours (full-time): 9 hours per day (including a 1 hour break), 5 days per week. Shift will vary, and working some Saturdays is likely to be required.

<Requirements>
1. English as 1st language.
2. Passionate about working with young children.
3. Comfortable teaching all levels of English.
4. Current Status of Residence permits work.

<Salary>
Monthly salary starting at 300,000 yen.

2 days per week. National Holidays. 10 days paid holiday per year.
