- 英語: 母国語レベル（歓迎）
- 現在日本在住の方に限ります
- Speak English at the Native Level
- Be conversant with the "communicative approach to teaching English as a foreign, second, or acquired language
- Be able to effectively communicate with Japanese homeroom teachers in the Japanese language in reference to lesson plans, teaching materials, etc.
- Most importantly the successful candidate will be able to provide children a "fun" learning experience.

Minerva Intelligence (Benesse group company) is looking for Elementary school ALTs who:
Speak English at the native level
Preferably have experience
Can use the "communicative approach" to language acquisition
Can effectively communicate with Japanese staff members in the Japanese language
And above all, are committed to providing the client the highest standard of quality and service
Compensation between ￥250,000 and ￥270,000 per month including transportation depending on experience and qualifications
