商务开发与销售GPlus Media 的核心客户, 并且维持网站工作广告运作与公司企业客户合作.

主要工作内容
-此职务将与销售团队合作, 并且维护与开发个人企业客户. 销售经验为佳, 但并不要求.
-发展新项目 – 现有数据库客户, 广告, 网络, 商务联系, 陌生电话拜访, 网络运作.
-利用销售流程维持客户与销售效率.
-提供客户售后服务与销售.
-与求职者面谈- 评估求职者经验, 能力, 与工作偏向.
-用日语与英文与企业客户沟通

具体职位要求
-用日语与英文有效率的沟通, 清楚表达商务用语.

GPlusMedia, operators of GaijinPot, JapanToday, and the Japan-China CareerEngine Jobsite Network, are looking for individuals who are success-driven, highly motivated team players to join our sales team and contribute directly to growing our business.

Position
Business Development, Partner Communications, and Sales of GPlusMedia products into the target industries, mainly consisting of job posting sales targeting bilingual/trilingual mandarin Chinese speaking candidates.

Responsibilities
Individuals work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual business growth targets.

• Prospecting for new business - Existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts, cold calls, networking functions, etc.
• Managing the client throughout the entire sales process
• Maintaining communications with with China based partners using our jobsite technology for their own online job boards.
• Providing customer service to existing clients and up-selling
• Meeting with candidates - Evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies and understand their job preferences.
• Communication with client organizations in English and Japanese.

Requirements for the position include:
- Sales experience an absolute must.

• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively in native level Mandarin Chinese.
