Description

We are an umbrella company of JP Holdings, which owns Japan Nursery Service Inc.
Our focus is not only education alone, but making sure our students enjoy English and have a lasting and memorable impression of their nursery days.

Job content:
Teaching an average of 2 schools per day, morning and afternoon, in a friendly working environment at daycares and after-school-recreation centers for elementary school children, managed and run by our group company Nihon Hoiku Service.

Required qualifications:
Native English speakers who currently reside in Japan, with a valid working visa (sponsorship for renewing is available after hiring).
Conversational level speaking Japanese at minimum, and experience teaching children will be welcomed.

Work location:
Facilities in the Kanto region run by Nihon Hoiku Service, and the Tokyo office in Takadanobaba. Travel times can be long on some days.
(We have schools in Kanagawa, Tokyo, Saitama, and Chiba.)

Hours:
Full time position, 9am to 6pm

Salary:
250,000 yen per month for the first 2 months trial period, followed by a raise to 270,000 yen per month.

Allowances/Benefits:
Transportation fees reimbursed in full.
Weekends and national holidays off with a total of 20 days paid holiday over the course of the year.
Insurance and Japanese pension are compulsory. Training provided. Stock ownership program, fitness club membership benefits, and resort hotel membership benefits.

Hiring time frame:
The first interview will be held at our Tokyo office, and the second one at one of our facilities.
We provide 2-3 week training after hiring, which allows even instructors without previous experience to feel comfortable leading classes. Although we have a set structure for the lessons, we have a friendly and open environment where everyone brings their ideas and add to it.

Selection criteria:
Since it's a position at daycares, there will be a lot of singing and dancing with the children. Love for children is a must!
A good team-worker who can feel comfortable working in a Japanese environment will be welcomed.
